MOONSEL SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing MOONSEL. We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

We know you're excited to receive your new items! That’s why we do our absolute best to process and ship all orders within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We ship nationwide within the United States using reliable carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for your order will be applied as follows:

Orders Over $100: We offer FREE Standard Shipping (3–7 business days after shipment) on all orders over $100.
Orders Under $100: For all orders under $100, a flat shipping fee of $7.95 (Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment) will be applied at checkout.

3. Shipping Delays & Disclaimer

While we do our best to ensure on-time delivery, please note that MOONSEL is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holiday peaks, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, delivery times are an estimate and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. Boxes using standard domestic shipping methods.

5. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
